  • A non-residential Navigation Center

  • A shelter program site (DNMP Campus)

  • Transitional housing programs

  • Mobile and pop-up outreach services

What is the DNMP Navigation Center?

The DNMP Navigation Center is a non-shelter, daytime service location where individuals can access support, referrals, and case management. Services may include:

  • Service navigation and case management

  • Housing referrals and Coordinated Entry System (CES) support

Navigation Center services are available to individuals regardless of whether they are staying at the DNMP Campus.

Do I need to be enrolled in a program to use the Navigation Center?

No. Many Navigation Center services are available without formal program enrollment. Some services or programs may require screening or eligibility criteria, and staff can help explain those processes.

What is the DNMP Campus?

The DNMP Campus is a low-barrier, Housing First shelter program site for individuals who have been referred, screened, and accepted into the shelter program. The Campus provides a structured shelter environment focused on safety, stability, and transition toward housing.

The DNMP Campus is not a drop-in location.

Who is eligible to stay at DNMP Campus?

DNMP Campus operates as a low-barrier shelter program, meaning identification, sobriety, or income are not required at entry. Shelter beds are filled through the Coordinated Entry System (CES), which helps prioritize individuals who lack other appropriate shelter or housing options.

For the safety of guests, staff, and the community, screening related to sex offender status and certain violent offense histories is conducted prior to acceptance.

Are DNMP Campus and the Navigation Center the same program?

No. They are separate programs with different purposes.

  • DNMP Campus is a shelter program site.

  • Navigation services provided on site are limited to enrolled shelter guests only.

  • DNMP Navigation Center is a non-residential program serving the broader community.

The DNMP Campus does not provide drop-in or public services.

What services are provided at DNMP Campus?

DNMP Campus provides:

  • Shelter for accepted guests

  • On-site navigation and case management for shelter guests only

  • Connection to housing, benefits, employment, and supportive services

No drop-in appointments or public services are offered at the shelter program site.

Can the public access services at DNMP Campus?

No. DNMP Campus is a secured shelter program site. Services on site are limited to shelter guests, staff, and approved service providers. Individuals seeking services should contact or visit the DNMP Navigation Center or outreach locations.

What is Mission Possible Home?

Are hygiene or shower services available?

Yes. DNMP partners with community organizations to provide hygiene and shower outreach services at scheduled locations. These services often include access to showers, clothing, meals, and connections to additional support.

What is Mission Redemption?

Mission Redemption is a community cleanup and stewardship program where participants help remove trash and improve public spaces. The program promotes dignity, responsibility, and positive community engagement and supports pathways toward workforce readiness. Participation may require screening depending on program activities.

Why do some DNMP services require screening?

While many DNMP services are low-barrier, some programs require screening to ensure safety, readiness, and appropriate placement. These may include:

  • Shelter placement

  • Transitional housing

  • Workforce or paid work programs

  • Off-site or community-based work activities

If someone does not qualify for a specific program, staff work to identify alternative services whenever possible.

How do I access DNMP services or get accurate information?

To learn which DNMP services may be appropriate, please call DNMP directly at (707) 954-7319 during regular business hours. Calling allows staff to provide accurate information, explain eligibility, and guide next steps.
