Navigation Center
Del Norte Mission Possible’s Navigation Center serves as the organization’s headquarters and primary access point for a variety of homeless support services beyond mobile outreach. The Center creates a welcoming, low-barrier environment where individuals experiencing homelessness can connect with essential resources, build relationships, address immediate needs, and work toward pathways to stability.
Through strategic partnerships with local government agencies, healthcare providers, and nonprofit organizations, the Navigation Center links participants to vital health and behavioral health services, social services and case management, mental health support, emergency food and clothing, employment and job training resources, housing referrals, and Coordinated Entry.
DNMP staff collaborate closely with participants to identify barriers, establish goals, navigate systems of care, and connect with the services and opportunities suited to their unique situations. The Navigation Center acts as a community hub for connection, coordination, and pathways toward greater stability and resilience, including access to women's transitional housing options.

Del Norte County Shelter
The Del Norte County Shelter is a partnership between Del Norte Mission Possible (DNMP) and Del Norte County, dedicated to providing safe, low-barrier shelter and effective pathways to stability and permanent housing. The County supplies the facility, while DNMP operates the shelter, connecting participants to essential homeless support services, including case management, housing navigation, Coordinated Entry, healthcare, and other community resources.
Accessing Shelter Services
The Del Norte County Shelter is not a walk-in facility. Individuals seeking shelter should first connect with DNMP through the Navigation Center or one of our weekly mobile outreach locations listed below.
Our team assists individuals in understanding program eligibility, navigating Coordinated Entry, and accessing available shelter, housing, healthcare, and supportive services, including women's transitional housing options.

Mission Possible Home Women's Transitional Housing
Mission Possible Home is a small women's transitional housing program designed to provide homeless support services to up to six women experiencing homelessness in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. This is not a walk-in facility.
The program focuses on creating pathways to stability for women working toward greater self-sufficiency through case management, goal setting, life skills training, personal development, and a structured savings plan.
There is no fixed time limit on residency, allowing participants to receive individualized case management and ongoing support tailored to their unique needs and goals. Program activities include a 60% income savings plan, daily responsibilities, and workshops centered on health and personal growth, empowering women to build the skills, resources, and confidence necessary for achieving lasting housing stability.

Community Shower Outreach
Community Shower Outreach is a partnership between Del Norte Senior Center and Del Norte Mission Possible that provides vital homeless support services, along with connections to essential community resources. Launched in 2019, this program has evolved into an ongoing outreach initiative offering mobile showers, meals, clothing, case management, healthcare connections, and additional support aimed at helping individuals find pathways to stability.
On Thursdays, DNMP's mobile outreach team sets up at 1281 Douglas Street from 9:00–11:00 AM, delivering essential supplies, food, clothing, and case management. After the morning session, the team moves to the Park City location, where participants can access community showers, mobile medical services, and further assistance.
By collaborating with local agencies, healthcare providers, nonprofits, churches, and volunteers, Community Shower Outreach creates a consistent point of connection for individuals who may otherwise face barriers accessing necessary services. Beyond addressing immediate needs, the program upholds dignity and fosters connections, paving the way for individuals to explore options like women's transitional housing and other supportive resources.

Mission Redemption
Mission Redemption is Del Norte Mission Possible's community cleanup initiative aimed at restoring areas affected by homelessness and illegal dumping, while also offering homeless support services that empower individuals experiencing homelessness to engage in keeping their community clean.
Collaborating with members of the unhoused community, DN Solid Waste, and local partners, DNMP organizes camp cleanups and provides pathways to stability by allowing individuals to safely dispose of accumulated waste. These combined efforts result in the removal of an average of 16,000 pounds of trash from various locations throughout Del Norte County each month.
In addition to revitalizing public spaces, Mission Redemption fosters dignity, community responsibility, and meaningful engagement. It acknowledges that individuals facing homelessness can actively contribute to the improvement of their communities.
DNMP expresses gratitude to DN Solid Waste, community volunteers, and program participants whose support helps make these initiatives possible, including those who benefit from women's transitional housing as they seek stability and independence.

Tuesday Mobile Outreach — 1281 Douglas Street
Del Norte Mission Possible offers vital community outreach every Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM at 1281 Douglas Street in Crescent City. As part of DNMP's mobile outreach program, our team brings essential services, including homeless support services, directly into the community. We provide case management, housing and resource connections, food distribution, clothing, essential supplies, and a welcoming space for conversation and support. Our Tuesday Outreach initiative is designed to meet people where they are, addressing immediate needs while creating pathways to stability through consistent, compassionate connections to resources, including women's transitional housing. Thursday Mobile Outreach — 1281 Douglas Street
Del Norte Mission Possible offers weekly homeless support services every Thursday from 9:00–11:00 AM at 1281 Douglas Street in Crescent City.
Our mobile outreach team provides essential supplies, clothing, warm meals, food bags, and case management, along with connections to housing, healthcare, and other vital community resources. Participants can also tap into pathways to stability through our supportive programs.
After the morning outreach, the team visits the Park City location, where individuals can connect with community shower services, the mobile medical unit, and additional supportive resources suited for their needs. This Thursday Outreach serves as a consistent, welcoming environment, allowing those experiencing homelessness to access essential services, build meaningful relationships, and work towards greater stability.

Thursday Mobile Outreach — Navigation Center
Del Norte Mission Possible offers essential homeless support services every Thursday afternoon from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at our Navigation Center, located at 725 Elk Valley Road in Crescent City, behind Park City Superette.
During this outreach, participants can enjoy a free lunch and access vital supplies such as hygiene and personal care items, blankets, tarps, and bus tokens. Additionally, we provide seasonal supplies, case management, and invaluable connections to housing, healthcare, employment, and other community resources, paving pathways to stability.
The Navigation Center also functions as the main hub for engaging with DNMP programs beyond mobile outreach, creating a calm and welcoming environment for individuals seeking support, including women's transitional housing, as they take critical steps toward achieving stability.
