Del Norte Mission Possible operates a Navigation Center at 725 Elk Valley Road, which also serves as our headquarters and the primary access point for all DNMP programs outside of mobile outreach services.
Our Navigation Center provides a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals experiencing homelessness can access critical resources and services in one central location.
Through partnerships with local government agencies and nonprofit organizations, we help individuals navigate systems of care, overcome barriers, and access essential services, including:
Our team walks alongside each participant to help build trust, set goals, and take meaningful steps toward long-term stability. Whether someone is experiencing a crisis or simply needs guidance, the Navigation Center serves as a hub for connection, compassion, and hope.
We believe in meeting people where they are — with dignity, respect, and consistent support.

Community Shower Outreach began in 2019 during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide hygiene services when public facilities closed. What started as a temporary response quickly became an important community resource for individuals experiencing homelessness, seniors, and people with disabilities.
Today, the program provides showers, support, resources, and connection through a partnership led by the Del Norte Senior Center and Del Norte Mission Possible.
Together, we are providing dignity, connection, and pathways to support for our community.

Del Norte Mission Possible supports ongoing community cleanup efforts led by members of the unhoused community. Together, these efforts remove an average of 16,000 pounds of trash each month from areas throughout Del Norte County, including Southbend.
These cleanups reflect pride, responsibility, and a commitment to improving the community for everyone. Much of the waste collected comes from illegal dumping, yet it is often members of the unhoused community who step forward to help restore these areas.
We are deeply grateful to DN Solid Waste and to every volunteer and participant who continues to make this work possible.
These efforts are helping lay the foundation for Mission Redemption, DNMP’s upcoming employment and workforce development program. Mission Redemption will focus on creating pathways to paid work, job readiness, life skills, and opportunities for individuals working to rebuild stability and purpose through community impact.
